Before booking
Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the service total is required at the time of booking.
A 48 hour notice is required in order to reschedule your appointment without paying a new deposit.
Cancellation at any time will result in forfeit of your deposit.
There is a 10 minute grace period if you do not arrive on time, after that there is a $15 late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
Please understand at this time we are accepting CASH ONLY for the remainder of your service total. If this does not work for you please reach out before your appointment.
All services are non refundable.
Before your appointment
Try your best to avoid caffeine right before your appointment. This can make you restless, we want you to RELAX. Caffeine can also make waxing services more painful.
Dress in clothes you’ll be comfortable laying down in for an extended period of time.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you are not late.
Please note that at this time we do not accept guests as we do not have a sitting area.
Loyalty cards
Every client is given a loyalty card at their first appointment.
Your loyalty card must be present for me to hole punch it all 10 times to receive any discounts. If left at home or forgotten, that appointment will not count towards discounts.
Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with any ongoing sales and promotions.
